How do I order?
When placing your order, Kickin Kits allows for a large variety of customization options. For some this can get confusing at times. To ensure your order is right, fill out the choices on each item and complete by putting a name in the checkout note if any. If you have specific adjustments to your order, you can also put them in the note or contact us directly to ensure it is correct. (mainly with badges)
Custom Order:
To fill out our custom order form, click on the Custom Order tab at the top of our page and it will direct you to a google forms survey where you can fill out all the necessary information to let us know exactly what shirt you want. We are also available for direct contact around the clock in order to get your order in as soon as possible.
What is the difference between player & fan version?
Most of our jerseys have the option to pick between two styles of that jersey, player and fan version.
Fan version:
Looser fit, more casual fabric, in some cases less detailed, Runs true to size, extra size up for an even looser fit
Player Version:
Slim Fit, athletic style fabric, includes minor details, Runs small so we suggest a size up.
How long does shipping take?
Our shipping usually takes 10-15 days. From the day you order until the day you recieve is about 18-20 days
What is the sizing like?
Player Issue - Skin Slim Fit, the fitting is compared to a compressed training jersey, so if you like your jerseys slim fit to the body, get your normal size or get a size bigger.
Fan Version- Fitted Jersey but little Loose. If you like your jerseys fitted but not slim fit, get staduim your normal size. If you want them loose, get staduim and a size bigger than usual.
Woman - V Shaped Slim Fit. If you like your jerseys slim fit, get your normal size. If you want them loose, add a size bigger than usual. Although women's sizes are not on our page, you can still order them via the custom order form..
How do I track my order?
Upon your item being shipped, you should recieve a tracking number to your email. From there youll be able to use that number on our shipping website to track your order. If you want more direct updates, you can DM us on Instagram or email us and we will attempt to get back to you in a timely manner.
Refund/Return Policy
Returns are accepted if product is damaged upon arriving. You can contact us via Email and we would discuss the issue.
Refunds are only accepted if you make a mistake and/or ordered on accident. You have 24 hours to request a refund for this reason.
$10 restocking fee (per jersey) + $5 shipping fee will be applied if you want to cancel or ask for a refund for any reason 24 hours after your order is made. Every order placed is reserved so a cancel after that time frame would result in a jersey being lost and us already having paid for the product. We encourage to read all our important pages before purchasing.
Change to your order:
You have 24 hours from ordering to mention any change at no cost. You can Email us at jerseyordersaa@gmail.com
If a shipment is returned to us due to insufficient address which means, the customer didn't input the correct address when the order was made. We will charge an additional $10 fee due to the fact that we would need to cover more shipping and handling expenses.
Any other reasons can also be discussed via Email for determination if the reason is valid for return.
